Brigitte was born in Germany. She started her profession as an apprentice stylist in Waldkraiburg, Germany.
After successfully passing her final exam, Brigitte moved to Rosenheim to work as a fully trained Hair Stylist for 3 years before entering the Munich Hair Academy to get her Master’s Certificate which would allow her to open a Salon and teach the profession to others.
In 1988 she moved to the beautiful ski resort of Saas Fee, Switzerland to work as a Stylist. Having decided she had had enough of the cold, the snow and even the mountains, she wanted warmth, beaches and sand so Brigitte moved to the Turks & Caicos Islands in 1996 where she opened Captain Hook’s Hair & Beauty Salon.
In 2005, wanting to spend more time with her young son Lyle, Brigitte took up freelance, on-call styling for very special occasions.
and is now working as Stylist at Tangled Hair Salon
